The USA Swimming Club Excellence Program is a program that recognizes USA Swimming clubs for their commitment to excellence in
performance. MAG is recognized in the top 100 clubs by attaining Silver Medal status. Congrats to everyone for making this happen.

Magnus Aquatic Group Stroke Clinic
Magnus coaches will be holding a stroke clinic at the Whitinsville Community Center Monday March 15 through
Friday, March 19 from 5:00pm - 6:00pm. This clinic will emphasize 1 stroke per day and is open to American Red Cross Level IV
swimmers and up or swimmers who can swim 1 length of the pool of both freestyle and backstroke. The cost is $25 for team members

Magnus Aquatic Group Swim Team Tryouts
Magnus coaches will be holding swim team tryouts at the Whitinsville Community Center Sunday March 21 from 9am - 10am and Monday March 22

Kevin Bradley Selected to Eastern Zone Select Camp
Kevin has been selected to attend the 2010 Eastern Zone Select Camp, May 20-23 at Franklin and Marshall College
in Lancaster, PA. USA Swimming has selected 56 athletes for this camp based on their performances this past summer in either an IMX score
or an individual event.
Kyle Van Den Berghe named Womens High School Coach of the Year
Kyle Van Den Berghe was named Massachusetts Womens High School Coach of the year for leading Bishop Feehan to an undefeated
season and then his team followed that up with their conference championship and the south sectional championship. His team culminated the season by
winning the Division 2 High School Championship. This is the first swimming championship for Bishop Feehan girls. Congrats and check out the following

MAG swimmers named Massachusetts All-Scholastic Swimmers
Kendra Cheng, Erin Foley, Erica Belcher, Margaret D’Innocenzo, Meaghan Grimes, and Rachel Moore
were named Massachusetts All-Scholastic High School Swimmers. Kendra and Rachel were also named Division 1 and
Division 2 Swimmers of the Year. Also, being named for swimming on the winning relays were Ashlee Korsberg, Brittany Ross,
Alexa Korsberg, and Monica Patterson. Congrats and check out the following

MAG swimmers named United States Swimming Academic All-Americans
Kendra Cheng, Bethany Douglas, Erin Foley, and Liz Rounds were named US Swimming Academic
All-Americans for 2008-2009. These are hard working and dedicated swimmers that maintain at least a 3.5
GPA in school and have acheived at least a Junior National Bonus cut.
